Who We Are

Our Mission

To ensure that diverse women that make money for others by being in revenue generating roles or STEMM are paid equitably, respected, fully valued and given access, tools, funding and support intentionally.

Our Values

Our values are simple:

  • Authenticity - Because if it doesn't ring true then it isn't.
  • Uniqueness - The 4Cs of a diamond are cut, color, clarity and carat and we honor what each woman in this space is, does and brings.
  • Connectedness -  Diamonds are the earth's hardest natural substance and as women, we are resilient and filled with strength , but need one another and others to shine our full brilliance.
  • Honesty - Not because it's the best policy, but because it is brave.
  • Innovation - Diamonds are made under pressure transforming from coal to gem.  We honor the need to keep evolving because our world does.
  • Safety - In a world where change is constant  and many and meanness exists we will be setting of freedom and protection.

Our Beliefs

Every woman is a diamond and those who drive revenue and innovation for others require equitable payment, a proper setting or support to win and it must be accomplished together.

2. To get them access to coaches, mentors, mental health tools, sponsors and partners that will support ongoing career trajectory, fund their ideas and get them into opportunities.
